MANILA, Philippines – Fire broke out Sunday morning in a commercial area in Bicutan City, a Radyo Inquirer 990AM report said.
The report said the fire that started at around 8:30 a.m has reached Task Force Delta alarm status – the third to the last highest fire alarm level.
