MANILA, Philippines — Three weather systems will continue to bring rains in parts of the country on Saturday, the state weather bureau said.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said that shear line will affect eastern portions of Luzon, northeast monsoon for Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, and easterlies for Visayas and Mindanao.

Weather specialist Daniel Villamil said that the shear line or the convergence of winds from the northern and southern hemispheres will bring a high chance of cloudy skies and rains over Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, Quirino, and Quezon.
