Police officers sent to the PHAU do not have an assignment and thus have a “floating status.”
The new PNP orders sent both PRO 11 Director Brig. Gen. Joseph Reyes Arguelles and EOD K9 Director Col. Jonathan Bernaldez Abella to the PHAU.
The PNP did not explain why Arguelles and Abella were relieved from their posts.
