Acting Ombudsman orders probe of Arroyo in fertilizer fund scam
Manila, Philippines–Acting Ombudsman Orlando Casimiro on Monday ordered the investigation of former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo in connection with the fertilizer fund scam.
Casimiro disapproved an earlier ruling dismissing the case filed against Arroyo.
