/ 11:01 AM June 12, 2012

The Cebu City Prosecutors Office  have found probable cause to indict Richarcd Baculi for last Thursday’s foiled robbery near the provincial Capitol.

Victim Reychel Juntar meanwhile complained that members of the Bloods gang where Baculi and Cabornay are members have been harassing her. She however reiterated her intention to pursue the case against Baculi as her way of thanking Juarez.

Prosecutors are recommending P200,000 bail for Baculi. Baculi’s companion, Liel Alex Cabornay was shot dead by Juarez who was responding to the crime.

The Commission on Human Rights is now investigating the lady cop who was just conferred an award by the Police Regional Office 7 for responding to the Capitol heist.  Correspondent Katreena Bisnar
