2025 Bar Exams: Road closures, entry and drop-off points

MANILA, Philippines – Several roads around local testing centers (LTCs) will temporarily be closed for the 2025 Bar Examinations on September 7, 10, and 14, the Supreme Court announced on Wednesday.

Listed below are the temporary road closures set for the Bar exams on all three dates:

National Headquarters (Blessed Pier Giorgo Frassati, O.P Building, University of Sto. Tomas)

• Extremadura Street, 2 a.m. to 7 p.m.

University of Sto. Tomas

• Dapitan Street, 2 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Two outermost westbound lanes (UST side) from España Blvd. (Lacson Avenue to P. Noval Street), 2 a.m. to 8 a.m.
• Two outermost westbound lanes (UST side) from España Blvd. (Lacson Avenue to P. Noval Street), 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Ateneo de Manila School of Law (closed for non-Bar examinees)

• Two lanes of Rockwell Drive towards Kalayaan Avenue, 4 a.m. to 7 a.m.
• Two lanes of Rockwell Drive towards Kalayaan Avenue, 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Manila Adventist College

• San Juan St. corner Donada St. to Leveriza St., 2 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• Donada St. traffic will be directed towards Vito Cruz St.
• Leveriza St. traffic will be directed towards Gil Puyat Ave.

Saint Louis University (September 14 only)

• Northbound lane, Lower Bonifacio St. (Saint Louis University side), 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

University of Nueva Caceres

• J. Hernandez Ave., from intersection of Arana St. to Grand Master Mall facade, 12:01 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• P. Burgos St., from J Hernandez Ave. intersection to Ella Angeles St., 12:01 a.m. to 7 p.m. (P. Burgos St. open to Bar examinees)

Central Philippine University

• Lopez Jaena St. corner San Isidro Road, to Lopez Jaena St. corner Cabangbang St., 2 a.m. to 8 a.m.
• Lopez Jaena St. corner San Isidro Road, to Lopez Jaena St. corner Cabangbang St., 2:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology

• One lane of Andres Bonifacio Avenue (MSU-IIT side), 3 a.m. to 8 a.m.
• One lane of Andres Bonifacio Avenue (MSU-IIT side), 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Meanwhile, the entrances, drop-off and pick-up points of the LTCs are as follows:

University of Sto. Tomas

• Main ingress of examinees: Gate 3 (Main Gate)
• Designated drop-off: Inner two lanes (UST side) of España Blvd.

Ateneo de Manila School of Law

• Main ingress: Rockwell Drive entrance of Ateneo professional schools
• Examinees with special needs (PWDs, pregnant, senior citizen) may enter through the HIdalgo Drive entrance

Manila Adventist College

• Designated drop-off/pick-up: Corners of Donada St. and Leveriza St.

Saint Louis University (September 7,10)

• Designated drop-off/pick-up: Metrobank (beside Caltex) along northbound lane of lower Bonifacio St., or in front of Addessa along southbound lane of lower Bonifacio St.
• Examinees with special needs may be dropped-off through vehicle entrance beside Gate 1
• Examinees with special needs may be picked up inside SLU through Gate 1

Saint Louis University (September 14)

• Designated drop-off: Metrobank (beside Caltex) along northbound lane of lower Bonifacio St., or in front of Addessa along southbound lane of lower Bonifacio St.
• Examinees with special needs may be dropped-off through vehicle entrance beside Gate 1
• Designated pick-up: SLU Gate 3, Y-shape, 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
• Examinees with special needs may be picked-up inside SLU through Gate 1

University of Nueva Caceres

• Main ingress/egress: Main Gate of UNC, along J. Hernandez Ave.
• Designated drop-off: 7-Eleven, P. Burgos St. corner J. Hernandez St.
• Examinees with special needs may be dropped off at the Main Gate

Central Philippine University

• Designated drop-off for northbound vehicles: between Lopez Jaena St. corner San Isidro Road and Gate 4 of CPU
• Designated drop-off for southbound vehicles: between 7-Eleven and Gate 1 of CPU, examinees to enter by foot through Gate 3
• Examinees with special needs may be dropped off at Gate 3

Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology

• Main ingress: Main gate along Andres Bonifacio Ave.
• Designated drop-off: 200 meters from Main gate in both directions along Andres Bonifacio Ave.

San Beda Alabang

• Designated drop-off: Tirona Gate, Don Jesusa Gate, Don Manolo Gate

University of the Philippines Bonifacio Global City

• Main ingress: UP-BGC Main Gate
• Designated drop-off: 14th Drive corner Malcolm Drive

New Era University

• Main ingress/egress: NEU Main Gate
• Designated drop-off: Outer lane going to NEU Main Gate from Commonwealth Ave., and inner lane going to main gate from Visayas Ave
• Designated pick-up: Outer lane going to NEU Main Gate from Commonwealth Ave., and outer lane going to main gate from Visayas Ave
• Drop-off for shuttle from NEU: UP Ayala Techno Hub or Vasra Mini Park

University of San Jose Recoletos

• Main ingress: Pedestrian entrance of Gate 1
• Designated drop-off: In front of Gate 1 along N. Bacalso Ave.

Dr. Vicente Orestes Romualdez Educational Foundation

• Designated drop-off: Approx. 100 meters away from main gate, along Calanipawan Road

Ateneo de Davao University

• Main ingress: Student Town Center of Ateneo de Davao Senior High School Campus – Bangkal
• Designated drop-off: Along McArthur Highway past Gate 1
