MANILA, Philippines — The second suspect in the killing of a man in a Quezon City hotel has been arrested in Bulacan, the police said.
In a statement, the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) said it arrested the second suspect – whom they identified as “Michael” – at another hotel along San Roque Road in San Rafael town early Saturday morning.
Michael’s location was revealed to authorities by a suspect whom the QCPD identified as “James” and arrested late Friday afternoon, the police noted.
“During the operation, a certain alias ‘Anthony,’ a room attendant, attempted to obstruct the arrest, hence, he was also arrested,” the QCPD explained.
Further, the police said they recovered the motorcycle the suspects used to leave the Quezon City hotel later on Saturday morning in Barangay Lapidario, Trece Martires City in Cavite.

Both James and Michael will face charges for robbery with homicide and carnapping, while Anthony will face charges for obstruction of justice. /jpv
