Helicopter crash in Germany kills 4

BERLIN – Four people were killed when their helicopter crashed in the country’s south, police here said.
Rosenheim police said the civilian helicopter was bound for the Austrian city of Salzburg when it crashed into a forest near a major highway Saturday.

The Austrian-registered Robinson R44 helicopter, police said, was completely destroyed in the crash, with some of it bursting into flames. The two women and men aboard died at the crash site.
Police had no immediate information on the victims’ identity, or on what caused the accident near the town of Teisendorf.
