Heavy traffic on Edsa northbound
MANILA, Philippines — A busted water pipe along the northbound lane of Edsa is causing heavy traffic Tuesday, according to the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA).
The water pipe is near the Metro Rail Transit Station in Boni. The continuous flow of water has flooded the area, the MMDA said.
