Fire razes 5 houses in Quezon province

LUCENA CITY — A fire of still unknown origin broke out in Infanta town, Quezon province, and razed five houses on Tuesday, June 24.
In a report released Wednesday, Quezon police said the fire started around 3:30 p.m. at the residence of a certain Marno Villaflor in Barangay Tongohin.
The fire spread to four other houses, all made of light materials, before firefighters extinguished it after two hours.
No injuries were reported, according to the police.
Authorities estimated the damage at P500,000.
