Sinebata entry deadline extended

CHILD advocates Mikee Cojuangco Jaworski, Boy Abunda and Cheryl Cosim announced that the Sinebata: Kabataang Pinoy Media Festival has extended its deadline for receiving entries to June 29 to accommodate students who will troop back to school.

The festival will be staged at the end of July, they said.

Sinebata is a major joint undertaking of Anak TV and Plan International with partners National Council for Children’s Television-Department of Education (NCCT-DepEd), Philippine Information Agency, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, Goethe Institut, Robinson’s, Columbia’s and event organizer Kairosolutions.

Short video and photo entries by children aged 9 to 17 and youth aged 18 to 23 will be received at NCCT-DepEd, the various Plan International offices in the country, Anak TV, Baguio Museum, West Visayas State University and Aquinas University of Legazpi.
