MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Transportation (DOTr) warned the public on Palm Sunday, April 13, against individuals posing as its chief, Vince Dizon, and his staff in private messages and social media platforms.

In an advisory, the agency said Dizon and other transportation officials and personnel “will never conduct official transactions outside the agency’s recognized and authorized channels.”
