Shabu worth over P6.9M seized in Camarines Norte buy-bust

CALABANGA, CAMARINES SUR — Bicol police arrested a suspected drug pusher in a buy-bust on Wednesday in Labo, Camarines Norte. They seized suspected shabu (crystal meth) worth over P6.9 million from him.
Police reported that “Rich,” 33, was arrested after selling drugs to a poseur buyer in Barangay Bautista at 3:15 a.m.
He was found in possession of 1,020 grams of suspected shabu, worth about ₱6,936,000.

Police said the suspect is considered a high-value individual (HVI) in the drug trade.
The suspect and the confiscated drugs are in the custody of the Labo police station and will face charges of violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. Grace Lucila Inquirer Intern
