MANILA, Philippines — Former Vice President Leni Robredo on Monday said her account on X (formerly Twitter) was hacked.

Robredo made the pronouncement through her official Facebook page where she called on the public to ignore the hacked account’s posts.

“My X (Twitter) account was hacked. Please ignore all posts while I am trying to gain control of the account again,” Robredo’s post reads.

Robredo’s daughter, Aika, also warned the public of her mother’s account being compromised.

“@lenirobredo’s account has been hacked. The tweet below is not hers. Her team is currently working on regaining access. Please be warned, and thank you,” she said, referring to a post made by the account advocating for Crypto.

As of writing, the post on crypto has since been deleted.
