New CSC commissioner appointed
MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcos Jr. has appointed Luis Pañgulayan as ad interim commissioner of the Civil Service Commission (CSC), Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin confirmed on Monday.
Pañgulayan will replace Aileen Lourdes Lizada, based on the appointment letter dated February 10.
The new CSC commissioner simultaneously served as undersecretary of the Department of Agrarian Reform’s Planning and Research Office and as director of the Career Executive Service Board.
