Truck overturns on NLEX northbound lane, causes heavy traffic

MANILA, Philippines — A cargo truck overturned on the northbound lane of the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) in Meycauayan, Bulacan, on Monday morning, causing heavy traffic.

A Facebook video posted by Genaro Ubiadas Baloloy showed the truck spilling its cargo of boxes onto the road.

The incident occurred at around 6 a.m., leading to a traffic slowdown.

According to the NLEX management, the truck was carrying parcels.

As of 7:23 a.m. Monday, the truck had been cleared, and all lanes were passable.
