The TCITX, situated in Arca South, Taguig, is expected to enhance transport connectivity in Metro Manila, according to the Department of Transportation (DOTr).
The facility will feature a centralized ticketing area, a passenger concourse, and a pedestrian walkway linking it to the Philippine National Railways FTI station and the planned Metro Manila Subway system.
Once operational, the terminal will benefit passengers traveling to Batangas, Laguna, and various parts of Metro Manila, as well as those heading to terminals connecting to the Visayas and Mindanao, the DOTr previously reported.
