Isko Moreno leads 2025 Manila mayoral race surveys
MANILA, Philippines – Manila mayoral candidate Isko Moreno is dominating the 2025 elections surveys, as confirmed by recent surveys from OCTA Research and PhilData Trends.
The results highlight Moreno’s significant lead, demonstrating strong voter confidence in his leadership.
PhilData Trends reports that Moreno holds 72.1% of voter preference across Manila, based on a survey conducted from January 2 to January 7, 2025.
Sam Verzosa is behind Moreno 13.5%, incumbent mayor Honey Lacuna with 12.3%, and Raymond Bagatsing with just 1.4%.
These numbers highlight Moreno’s broad appeal among voters citywide.

The survey results reveal the challenges facing incumbent Mayor Lacuna, who struggles to gain traction among voters.
Despite her position as the sitting mayor, Moreno’s track record of results-driven leadership appears to resonate with residents.
With the May 2025 elections approaching, Moreno’s consistent lead positions him as the clear frontrunner.
