Shabu worth P632,000, gun seized in Rizal, Cavite
LUCENA CITY — Police arrested six suspects in anti-illegal drugs operations on Wednesday, Jan. 15, in Rizal and Cavite provinces.
The operations yielded more than P632,000 worth of shabu (crystal meth) and an illegal firearm, the Region 4A police reported on Thursday, Jan. 16.
The report said members of the police drug enforcement unit in Binangonan, Rizal arrested “Deng, “Ton,”and Denis” at 11 p.m. after they sold P500 worth of shabu to an undercover police officer in Barangay Palangoy.
Seized from the suspect were six plastic sachets containing shabu weighing 43.51 grams worth P295,868.
In Antipolo City, Rizal, police nabbed “Jr.” at 11 p.m. in Barangay Inarawan.

The suspects yielded two sachets of shabu worth P1170,000.
Also seized in the three operations were three mobile phones, which will be examined for records of drug transactions.
Meanwhile, law enforcers in Naic, Cavite held “Lablab” in Barangay Timalan Concepcion at around 7:40 p.m.
The suspect was reportedly found in possession of shabu worth P23,800.
When frisked, the police also found the suspect allegedly carrying an undocumented caliber .38 revolver loaded with five bullets.
All arrested suspects are under police custody and will face corresponding criminal charges.
