THE CEBUANA Lhuillier Gems look to barge into the semifinals as they face off against the Café France Bakers today in the PBA D-League Foundation Cup at the Ynares Sports Arena.
The Gems’ future look brighter as they are ranged against a Bakers team that they handily defeated in the elimination round. Cebuana Lhuillier also hold a twice-to-beat advantage in this matchup.
Cebuana Lhuillier wound up the elimination round with a 7-2 (win-loss) mark in a tie with second seed Big Chill.
But the Super Chargers earned a direct passage in the Final Four on the strength of its victory against the Gems in the eliminations.
