MAN KILLED
IN BIKE CRASH
A 30-YEAR-OLD man died in a motorcycle crash in barangay Lower Becerril, Boljoon town, southern Cebu.
Police said Julieto Bucog, a native of Ronda town, southern Cebu, met the accident after attending a fiesta celebration in the barangay last Saturday dawn.
Police said it was possible that Bucog was driving in high speed when the motorcycle hit a boulder piled at the side of the road.
Police said boulders were placed by the roadside to cover road cracks caused by an earthquake several months ago.
