MANILA, Philippines — Education Secretary Sonny Angara said student empowerment through transformative learning cannot be done by teachers alone as it requires the resources and united efforts of all stakeholders.

Speaking at the Baler Convention Center in Aurora on Tuesday for the Department of Education (DepEd) Central Luzon’s Education Week, Angara stressed that educational excellence is a collective journey where each education partner makes a crucial contribution to molding the future of Filipino students.
