Pantino captures fifth boys 14 title in Alabang
CEBUANO Arthur Craig “Iggy” Diaz Pantino clinched his fifth boys 14 title of the year afer topping the Alabang 1018 tournament at the Alabang Country Club, Ayala Alabang Village in Muntinlupa City.
Pantino of the University of San Carlos defeated Mama Sohaimen, 6-0, 6-3, for the title.
Pantino and his partner Emmanuel Fuellas, however, lost the boys 14 doubles title to the tandem of Justine Prulla and Alanis Vincent, 6-2, 7-6 (8-10).
His other boys 14 titles this year came from the Dunlop Visayas Leg Group 4 in Consolacion, Head-Smart in Cagayan de Oro Group 4, 4th Henry Lee Memoraial Age Group Tennis Championship Group 2 and the 2012 Toby’s Summer Tennis Festival Group 2.
