Jeepneys park at the corner of G. Roxas and Biak-na-Bato in Manresa, Quezon City. Since this is a blind corner, an accident can happen anytime. The MMDA should do something about this.

Kids harass drivers
Calling the attention of whoever is responsible for the intersection of North Avenue and Mindanao Avenue. Street kids don’t just ask for alms here. When vehicles from the north turning left to Trinoma or turning left from Mindanao to North Avenue stop at the traffic light, these kids harass motorists like me by insisting on throwing soapy water on the windshield or car window even though you refuse. They then ask for money for cleaning your car. Aside from possible damage to your car, this trivial matter should be addressed because it poses a clear case of harassment by those kids who should not be allowed to loiter in those areas in the first place. Please help!

Jeep operators should also do their part
Calling the attention of LTFRB: There are still jeepney drivers around Metro Manila who smoke while driving despite the “no smoking” sign posted inside their vehicles! We all know that you are aware of this rampant situation in our streets but are you consistent in implementing the law? Jeepney operators should take the initiative to discipline these stubborn and inconsiderate lawbreakers! It’s also your obligation to train your drivers on the rules of the road instead of just focusing on asking for a fare hike. Please do your part. Mark, 22, Parañaque City
Special plates not displayed correctly
I often see NBI 75 commemorative plates on top of the LTO-issued plates of regular cars. This is against the law.

Thief alarms residents
Residents of Barangay (villages) Masagana, Marilag and San Roque in Quezon City are alarmed over the rampant snatching of shoulder bags by a man on a motorcycle wearing a helmet. Barangay watchmen have stepped up their patrols but they cannot cover the huge area. The bag snatcher strikes even at daytime. Traumatized victims feel helpless. How can this man be punished?
