ALBAY, Phililppines—Col. Ricardo Visaya, a member of the Philippine Military Academy Class of 1983, was installed as the new commander of the Army’s 901st Brigade, replacing Col. Arthur Ang, in turnover rites at the brigade camp in Barangay Villahermosa in Daraga town on Wednesday.
