The LTO was forced to print the certificate of registration on bond paper for some of its clients due to the shortage in the past few days.
Following the delivery, Mendoza said he will issue another memorandum for the scheduling of the re-printing of the bond-paper printed certificate of registration and other documents.
The security paper is expected to be delivered to the LTO regional offices next week. —JEROME ANING
