Court temporarily closed in parts of Northern Luzon due to Marce

MANILA, Philippines — Court operations were suspended in some areas in Northern Luzon amid the effects of Typhoon Marce (international name: Yinxing).

As of the state weather bureau’s 11 a.m. bulletin, Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 2 remains hoisted in parts of Northern Luzon.

So far, most of the suspended operations were in the Ilocos Region.
