MANILA, Philippines — Provincial buses will be allowed to use Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (Edsa) 24 hours a day until 5 a.m. on November 4 for Undas, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) announced on Tuesday.

In an advisory, the MMDA said it temporarily allows provincial buses to travel through the stretch of Edsa due to the expected influx of passengers heading home to the provinces to celebrate Undas.

Buses from North Luzon may stop at terminals in Cubao, Quezon City while buses from South Luzon are limited only to the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange and Pasay.

“As part of Operation Undas 2024, the objective of this set-up is to make provincial bus passengers’ journeys faster and smoother,” the MMDA said in Filipino.
