“The past 48 hours have been difficult, but gestures of kindness, support and assistance bring hope and encouragement,” Alarcon said, expressing gratitude to first responders and those who had already provided aid.

As of Friday morning, several villages in Naga City, including Triangulo, Mabolo, Sabang, Igualdad, Sta. Cruz, Abella, Bagumbayan Sur, Tinago, and Tabuco, remained submerged in floodwaters.
Many of the affected residents are running low on supplies, particularly those trapped in their homes, forced to stay on rooftops or higher ground.
In the towns of Baao, Bula, Nabua, Canaman, Camaligan, Gainza, Milaor, Minalabac and surrounding areas, many families continue to seek rescue and relief assistance. INQ
