LIST: Class suspensions on Friday, October 25, due to Kristine

Classes on Friday, October 25 have been suspended in some parts of Luzon and the Visayas due to Severe Tropical Storm Kristine.

MANILA, Philippines — Classes on Friday, October 25 have been suspended in some parts of Luzon and the Visayas due to Severe Tropical Storm Kristine.

In its 5 p.m. bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said that Kristine was last spotted over the waters of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur.

It was slowly moving westward while still packing up wind speed of 95 kilometers per hour (kph) and gustiness of up to 145 kph.
