Manila, Philippines—Lead prosecutor Niel Tupas Jr. wished Chief Justice Renato Corona well on Wednesday but added what happened on Tuesday at the Senate, acting as impeachment court, was scripted.

In an interview with John Susi on Radyo Inquirer Wednesday morning, Tupas described Corona’s explanation on his dollar accounts as something close to a fairy tale.

After testifying, the wheel-chair bound Corona was confined at The Medical City hospital in Pasig City for close monitoring of possible heart attack.
