Sixty secretaries and office assistants of Silliman University underwent a five-module workshop on marketing and client relations on May 3 and 4 at the Uytengsu Foundation Computer Studies Hall.
A project of the Staff Development Committee and the Human Resource Development office, the workshop sought to empower the university’s support staff and provide them with a larger picture of their critical role in the promotion of Silliman’s institutional reputation.
The workshop tackled concepts, trends and techniques in marketing, branding and service delivery.
