Tony Yang admits he is also ‘Antonio Lim’ at Senate pogo probe
Tony Yang, who is connected with the illegal online gaming facility allegedly owned by dismissed Mayor Alice Guo, admitted during a Senate probe on Tuesday that he also goes by the name Antonio Maestrado Lim.
During the hearing, Yang said that his real name is Yang Jian Xin, but he used the alias “Antonio Lim” on all Philippine government documents.

The Philippine Navy on Tuesday reported the largest ever presence of Chinese ships in the West Philippine Sea.

House calls off plenary hearing on OVP budget
The House of Representatives on Monday deferred plenary debates on the proposed 2025 budget of the Office of the Vice President (OVP) after its head stuck to her previous stance of leaving the matter in the hands of lawmakers.
Vice President Sara Duterte’s absence, however, could firm up the recommendation of the House appropriations committee to slash the OVP’s budget from P2.037 billion to P733 million following reports that she supposedly prioritized a beach outing over the hearing.
