MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. named several new appointees in different government agencies, the Palace said Monday.

The list included Romando Artes, who now formally chairs the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) after almost two years of heading the agency in acting capacity.
