MANILA, Philippines — Tropical Depression Igme exited the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) before dawn Saturday, but it will continue to enhance the southwest monsoon, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration.

Igme was the fourth weather system to affect the monsoon after Ferdie, Gener, and Helen.
The weather bureau expected cloudy skies with scattered rain and thunderstorms in Batanes and Babuyan Islands as well as Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon and the Western Visayas.
The rest of the country may experience cloudy skies with isolated rain or thunderstorms.
