Chinese man abducted in Cavite

LUCENA CITY — A male Chinese national was abducted on Sunday night by unidentified armed men in Kawit, Cavite.

The Region 4A police reported that Sun Libin alighted from his vehicle and was walking towards his apartment in Barangay Tabon 1 around 10:30 p.m. when six men armed with handguns grabbed him.

The kidnappers forcibly boarded the victim to a car and sped off.

The report did not provide other details about the victim.

Investigators were checking if there was a security camera around the crime scene to identify the suspects.

The police also launched a manhunt to arrest the kidnappers. INQ
