MANILA, Philippines — Pastor Apollo Quiboloy appeared at a press conference here at Camp Crame in Quezon City on Monday a day after he was taken into custody.

Quiboloy was presented by Interior Secretary Benjamin Abalos Jr.

Quiboloy, along with Jackielyn Roy, Ingrid Canada, Cresente Canada and Sylvia Cements were arrested inside the Kingdom of Jesus Christ compound in Davao City on Sunday.

They were later detained at the PNP custodial center in Camp Crame on Sunday night.

Quiboloy and the five co-accused face child abuse cases before the Davao City court. One of them has been under the custody of authorities since July.

Likewise, Quiboloy has standing arrest warrants for human trafficking issued by a Pasig City court.
