MANILA, Philippines — A magnitude 5.6 earthquake struck the waters of Jomalig, Quezon on Wednesday morning, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.
The earthquake of tectonic origin and with a depth of focus of 10 kilometers, was recorded at 7:16 a.m.
It was felt at Intensity III in Quezon City.
