LEGAZPI CITY — The 580 stranded passengers and 122 rolling cargoes stranded in Matnog and Pilar ports in Sorsogon may now resume travel as sea travel resumed on Monday morning.

Coast Guard Station in Sorsogon, in their 11 a.m. advisory, lifted the suspension of trips as soon as the government weather agency lifted tropical cyclone wind signal no. 1 over the province of Sorsogon.
Overnight, Coast Guard District Bicol recorded 978 passengers and 275 rolling cargoes stranded all over the region due to Tropical Storm Enteng (international name: Yagi).
For the rest of the Bicol region, signal no. 2 is still in effect over the northern portion of Camarines Norte, which includes the towns of Santa Elena, Capalonga, Jose Panganiban, Paracale, and Vinzons.
Signal no. 1 remains hoisted over the rest of Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Albay, and Catanduanes. INQ
