MANILA, Philippines — The Supreme Court (SC) suspended work in all of its offices on Wednesday due to possible flooding and inclement weather.
The announcement posted on Facebook added that essential services are not covered by the work suspension.
It added that “all presiding justices of appellate courts and executive judges should exercise their discretion in accordance with existing court issuances.”
Parts of Metro Manila experienced torrential rains and flooding Tuesday evening.
Some local government units also suspended classes.
