Deep Recon tops airsoft tilt
THE DEEP Recon Airsoft team topped the third leg of the Governor Gwen Garcia Airsoft Open in Toledo City, southwestern Cebu last weekend.
Deep Recon, which has already won several legs of the annual airsoft tournament organized by the provincial government of Cebu, topped the 16-round competition by winning 15 games and settling for one draw. The group also bagged the Best in Close Quarter Combat, sportsmanship and the best in stealth operative awards.
Deep Recon is headed by Lee delos Santos and head coach Sarbo Demape.
The Guadalupe Airsoft Team claimed second place while team SAAT rounded off the top three finishers. /CORRESPONDENT DALE G. ROSAL
