In its 8 a.m. advisory, the DRRMO reported that 15 to 30 millimeters of rainfall had been observed in the city over the past hour, with continued rain expected for the next two hours.

Several villages in the city were flooded, and the high tide at 11:13 a.m. was expected to worsen the situation. INQ
