MANILA, Philippines — Several main roads in Metro Manila are impassable as of Wednesday morning due to heavy rains brought by Typhoon Carina and the southwest monsoon.

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority and the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council said the following thoroughfares are impassable as of 6:00 a.m.:
