LIST: Canceled, diverted flights on Wednesday, July 24
MANILA, Philippines — Several flights on Wednesday were canceled due to heavy rains caused by Typhoon Carina and the southwest monsoon, said the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA).
Below is the list of canceled flights, said the MIAA as of 7:00 a.m.:

Meanwhile, some flights have also been diverted due to unfavorable weather:

- RW 130 Da Nang-Manila STA 0400H Diverted to Clark
In its 5:00 a.m. bulletin, the state weather bureau said Carina was last seen 290 kilometers (km) Northeast of Itbayat, Batanes.
It has maximum sustained winds of 155 kilometers per hour (kph) near the center and gustiness of up to 190 kph.
Red rainfall warning (over 30 millimeters of expected rain) was also raised over Metro Manila, Rizal and Bataan; Orange rainfall warning (15 mm to 30 mm of rain) in Bulacan, Pampanga, Cavite and Zambales; and Yellow rainfall warning (7.5 mm to 15 mm of rain) in Tarlac, Laguna, Batangas and parts of Quezon province.
