“Fate is about to take a dramatic turn.”
The Japanese anime series “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” has officially concluded its fourth season by teasing a thrilling preview of the next action-packed arc, the “Infinity Castle.”
Fans bowed with anticipation as the finale episode showed the Hashiras and the members of the Demon Slayer Corps plunging into the demon-swarmed castle to face off against the Demon King Muzan Kibutsuji and his Upper Moon demons.
Among the fans impressed by the prelude to the upcoming epic battle is Joshua Tulod, a 27-year-old software developer from Bulacan. His admiration for the series inspired him to recreate a scene in “The Hashira Unite” episode using the sandbox video game “Minecraft.”
In an interview with INQUIRER.net, Tulod shared that he has been a fan of Demon Slayer due to its excellent animation and storyline. After seeing the finale, he incorporated his interest in Minecraft and animation to remake the scene.
“Making this animation was challenging because my device is not high-end, and I had to work with a laptop that isn’t the best for animation. [Despite the struggles], I would say that if you want something to be done, just start it and enjoy the process,” Tulod said.
Tulod started creating Minecraft content in 2018 and began animating in 2022. Besides Demon Slayer, he also made a Minecraft animation of “Voltes V” and “Steve & Alex.”
