TUGUEGARAO CITY — The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in Cagayan Valley seized 30 pieces of dried marijuana bricks worth P3.6 million in a buy-bust in this city on Saturday (July 20).

Report said Sunday (July 21) that at 2:20 p.m., state agents arrested a high-value target drug dealer, whose name was concealed due to data privacy.

The suspect reportedly yielded the marijuana bricks after receiving the undisclosed amount of boodle money from a PDEA asset.

Aside from the marijuana bricks, anti-drug agents also seized the suspect’s mobile phone, which police said he used in his drug transactions.

A case for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 is being readied, the PDEA added.
