MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcos Jr. on Friday said he is already “fine-tuning” his speech as he wants to tackle a lot of issues in his third State of the Nation Address (Sona) on Monday, July 22.

“Tuloy tuloy pero yung kabuuan ng speech ko, tapos na. Fine-tuning na lang ang ginagawa namin,” Marcos told reporters in a chance interview in Apayao.

(I have already prepared my speech. I’m just fine-tuning it.)

“Aayusin namin yan lahat bukas at saka hanggang Linggo para maging handa sa Sona sa Lunes,” he added.

(We will finalize it  tomorrow and on Sunday to be ready for Monday.)

The Palace earlier announced that state-owned Radio Television Malacañang will once again direct Marcos’ Sona.
