PH open to Vietnam talks on overlapping sea claims
The Philippines on Thursday said it was willing to discuss its overlapping extended continental shelf (ECS) with Vietnam after Hanoi filed its own ECS claim before a United Nations body a day earlier.

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) on Wednesday released the traffic rerouting plan for President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s third State of the Nation Address (Sona) on July 22.
According to the MMDA, a zipper lane will be opened on the southbound portion of Commonwealth Avenue for guests and officials.
