In a separate advisory on Friday, the Pasig PIO added that starting July 15, Dr. Pilapil St., including the Sapang Liwanag Bridge, in Barangay San Miguel will be temporarily closed from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

This was for the construction of a double barrel concrete box culvert and a road pavement, which was expected to be finished on January 15, 2025.

The city government also advised motorists to take Mercedes Avenue for the period of the road works.
