Over P2.7M ‘shabu’ seized in Camarines Sur buy-bust
LEGAZPI CITY — Authorities arrested on Sunday, July 7, a high-value drug personality and recovered more than P2.7 million worth of “shabu” (crystal meth) in a buy-bust operation in Nabua town in Camarines Sur.
In a belated report on Monday, Brigadier General Andre Perez Dizon, Bicol police chief, said the suspect, identified only as “Ala,” 33, sold at 5:25 a.m. 400 grams of shabu to an undercover agent in Barangay Sta. Cruz.

Dizon said the suspect was on the illegal drug watch list in the area.
